Jeffrey OlinChairman of the Board

Mr. Olin is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vision Capital Corporation, the Manager of the Vision Opportunity Funds. Previously, Mr. Olin was Managing Partner and Head of Investment Banking at Desjardins Securities, a national full services investment firm and Managing Director at HSBC Securities, a global securities dealer. Prior to his investment management and investment banking careers, Mr. Olin was an executive in the corporate real estate industry as Vice President with Bramalea Limited in Dallas, Texas and Toronto, Ontario as well as with Olympia and York Developments in Toronto. Mr. Olin has been a director of several public companies, including serving as Chair of the Audit Committee and Independent Special Committee of Catamaran Corporation (formerly SXC Health Solutions Inc.), an S&P/TSX 60 corporation, between 1997 and 2005. Mr. Olin is currently a director and a member of the Audit, Compensation and Aviation Advisory Committees of the Exchange Income Corporation. Mr. Olin received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School in Chicago.

Adam BerkowitzDirector

Mr. Berkowitz is Principal at Croft Properties LLC, a privately held company with ownership of multi-family and commercial properties in the United States since 2008.

Colley ClarkeDirector

Mr. Clarke is currently the Managing Director of Jadeco, a consulting firm offering expertise in corporate governance and financial management. Mr. Clarke was previously interim Chief Financial Officer of Biosign Technologies Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Redknee Solutions Inc., and also Chief Financial Officer of Descartes Systems Group Inc. Mr. Clarke received MBA and HBA degrees from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant.

Daniel F. GallivanDirector

Mr. Gallivan is currently Chief Executive Officer and Senior Partner of Cox & Palmer, Barristers and Solicitors, former director of the Bank of Canada and former Vice Chair of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission. Mr. Gallivan received a B.A. in 1971 from Loyola College, his LL.B. in 1974 from Dalhousie Law School, M.B.A. in 1976 from University of Western Ontario and his ICD.D in 2009 from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Gary Goodman, Director

Mr. Goodman was Executive Vice-President of Reichmann International Development Corporation and International Property Corporation between December 2007 and June 2010. Previously, CFO (December 2001 to November 2006) and President and CEO (December 2006 to December 2007) of IPC US REIT, a TSX listed Real Estate Investment Trust which was sold in December 2007 for an aggregate value of US$1.4 billion.  Prior thereto, Mr. Goodman also served as a Director and Senior Vice President of Olympia & York Developments Limited, a Director of Campeau Corporation, Trilon Financial Corporation, Catellus Corporation and Brinco Mining.  Mr. Goodman is a Trustee of Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust and a member of the Advisory Board of Vision Opportunity Fund, a limited partnership which invests primarily in real estate securities. Mr. Goodman is a Chartered Accountant (Gold Medalist), has the ICD.D designation granted by the Institute of Corporate Directors and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Mitchell RosenDirector

Mr. Rosen is a private equity investor, real estate investor, manager of a portfolio of commercial properties, and a principal with the Tempbridge Group, a commercial mortgage lender. Mr. Rosen is also a director or owner of numerous private businesses in varied industries, including manufacturing, import-export, and media. Mr. Rosen was a founding director of San Anton Capital Inc., a capital pool company which subsequently became BrightPath Early Learning Inc. Mr. Rosen has over 25 years of experience in operating, financial and strategic roles in both private and public enterprises. Mr. Rosen received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1980 from McGill University and subsequently became a Chartered Accountant. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and now holds the designation CPA, CA.
